enjoyable stay, as always. the venue is popular, with tasty food and excellent location close to night life. very good service. everything very good. location near bangkok, pubs, 7/11s restaurants, terminal 21 and the shopping malls bts. and close to a global-themed mall. the irish bar with reasonably priced drinks.

This venue is clean with well-maintained, spacious rooms and a big comfy bed, where the staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful, while offering a delicious street food breakfast with plenty of nice choices.

The reception people were very polite and helpful. Everytime they response to the guests with smile.
The people at the Limousine desk infront of the hotel is most of the time anoying. They are only interested to hire the Taxis always waiting infront of the hotel. This should be stoped.

The hotel's location was simply *chef's kiss*; close to everything. The staff were great and the amenities were fab. The best part? The unique Buyer Protection Program, just in case my experience wasn't posh enough.

convenient, near to BTS, Robinson, Korea town
Everyday I left my room at 10 am and hang the green makeup sign. On return after lunch the room had not yet been made up.

Convenient check-in and the option for a late check-out, plus there's a gym here for guests 💪. Great location in a nice area, close to the Sky Train and cinema 🚇🎥.

The Spa was excellent, great staff, great Thai massage. The breakfast buffet was as good as I have experienced in a hotel twice this price. All the hotel staff were excellent, from the door to the room.

Great location near BTS, Terminal 21, restaurants, and grocery. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good internet and breakfast. Well-equipped gym. Helpful staff during Songkran.

We were a regular customers for many years ago, we love the hotel as it is not too big and warm welcome from all staffs. We have stoped staying there about 6 years ago because we bought a house in Thailand.
We were not impress with our last stayed because there were a loud noise from referbish at 9 am. I had a cold and headache and planned to sleep late but we were woke up by that noise which we were assume that it was happened from the next door.
